Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with VogueTheory. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.
  • Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Aramex Store to Door.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery: 8–11 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

5. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Strikes or civil unrest
  • Road closures
  • Power outages or technical failures
  • Other unforeseen events

VogueTheory is not responsible for delays caused by Aramex Store to Door or events beyond our reasonable control, but we will gladly assist in tracking your parcel and resolving delivery issues where possible.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (where available).

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.

VogueTheory is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

8. Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • the address provided was incorrect;
  • delivery was refused;
  • the parcel was unclaimed; or
  • delivery could not be completed after reasonable attempts,

the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.

9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for lost parcels).
  • Include your order number and clear photographs of any damage.

We will investigate the matter with Aramex and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with South African law.

10. Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

  • VogueTheory will dispatch orders within a reasonable timeframe after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
  • Delivery is estimated at 8–11 business days after dispatch via Aramex Store to Door.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
  • Unexpected courier delays do not automatically entitle customers to compensation, cancellation or refunds, except where required by South African law.

11. Force Majeure

VogueTheory will not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods or fires
  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes
  • Civil unrest
  • Power or telecommunications failures
  • Courier network disruptions
